A study permit allows foreign individuals to study at a Designated Learning Institution in Canada.

 

1.1 Eligibility

• prove that you have enough funds for tuition, living expenses, and return transportation to your home country.

• obey the law and have no criminal record

• be in good health (a medical exam may be required)

• prove that you will leave Canada once your permit expires
